Dear Silverado Current and New Members, The following is a list of our membership rates and fees for renewing your membership and those considering new membership. Advantages of membership include A 20% Merchandise Discount in Pro Shp on select merchandise A 40% Discount on use of range balls A $3.00 reduction on the posted prices for member guests playing with a member Invitation to member only tournaments and social events Our course is in the best shape it has ever been and we know our renewing members and new members alike will enjoy all of the upgrades. We have also added a brand new fleet of "Precedent Club Car" golf carts with folding windshields to be delivered to the course on or before January 1st. Along with additional cart paths and soon to be completed double restrooms located at a central point on the course. And we know you will continue to enjoy our newly renovated Clubroom which can accommodate up to 160 guests. Membership Rates   Yearly Membership Fees Family Membership Only 7 Days a week; Members living in same household; 2 children under 18 $2140.00 Single Membership Weekdays only with cart fee $2530.00 Single Membership 7 Days a week with cart fee  $3300.00 Family Membership Weekdays only with cart fee  $4400.00 Family Membership 7 days a week with cart fee  $5060.00 Single Membership Residents Only with Trail fee $2140.00 Family Membership   Residents Only with Trail fee $3585.00 Junior Walking Only Juniors are defined as 18 years and younger $710.00 Sales tax is not included in the above fees. Pasco County Sales tax is 7%. Family membership is only the Immediate family, residing with member and does not include married children or (18) years of age or older. There is a $500.00 Initiation Fee for new members. The initiation fee will be waived for members joining on, or before December 14th, 2007. In addition new members will have Membership privileges for the remainder of 2007 after paying their yearly fee for 2008. Application for membership must be approved by the Membership Committee. Member cart fees will be $13.00 per round

Both Single and Family members have full golf and Clubhouse privileges, preferred tee times, free USGA handicapping service, the ability to receive discounts in the pro shop, and much much more. A Family membership is for two adults and limited to two children living at home, under the age of 18. Junior A Junior Golf Member is living at home and under 18 years of age. He or she has Clubhouse and driving range access, and unlimited walking golf privileges, based on availability.

Member & Guests Rules "Respect For The Game" - Every Member must adhere to stated golf cart and course policies regarding conduct, pace of play, care for the course and dress code. Everyone must sign in at the Pro Shop and get a receipt for play and/or practice. Cart Rules Operators must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers license No more than 2 occupants per cart Carts must be kept at least 30 feet from the greens. Each player is required to have their own set of clubs Non-playing guests will be charged a $6.00 cart fee Cart Privileges The Club has the right to combine players in a group to optimize the use of carts Tee Times Required by Members and Guests All members and guests must check in with Pro Shop prior to playing No skipping holes or starting on back nine without permission Walking allowed only at Pro Shop discretion   Trail Privileges Trail privileges available to Silver Oaks residents only Owners may be required to share their carts with other golfers to optimize use of the Club Fleet Member carts must carry identification of annual safety inspection at Pro Shop Fishing No Fishing Ball Hawking Ball hawking is not permitted  Food and Drink Only Silverado Club owned coolers are allowed on the course No outside food or drinks allowed in the clubhouse or on the golf course No beverages allowed on course unless purchased from clubhouse or beverage cart Appropriate Attire must be worn No cut off shorts No tank tops Soft spikes only No Walking, Skating or Bicycles allowed on Golf Course property

Enrollment Process Membership to Silverado Golf and Country Club is Open to the Public and those individuals who meet minimum requirements. The enrollment process can be completed by Silverado personnel. Application for membership must be approved by membership committee. While Membership is open to the public, Silverado honors and supports Membership by Invitation. Membership by invitation is the right and privilege that each Member has to sponsor his or her own personal friends, family members and business associates into Membership. Membership by Invitation attracts people of similar interests which allows the Silverado Club to schedule activities and events that will attract Members and be well attended.
